Enhanced Product Controls
Every day we try to improve our service, delivery and product quality. This also applies to all vintage and second hand models. From now on, all 2nd hand (not sealed or loosely packaged) models are first checked by 2 people.
We check whether all parts are complete, the correct decals are included, construction drawings belong to the model and whether the sprues are not damaged.
After this check, the boxes are sealed with the new Rowasp Modelbouw seals.
This way, our customers are assured that they will receive good and checked plastic model kits.
Of course, it can always happen that despite proper inspection, a model is not delivered correctly. In that case, we will do everything we can to find a good solution to satisfy our customer.
