Shipping - Netherlands
Parcel post MyParcel (PostNL): When shipping via MyParcel (PostNL), the shipping costs within the Netherlands are:
Letterbox package: €4.95
Package up to 10Kg: €8.25
Shipping tube: €8.90
As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation with the track and trace code by email.
You can view the shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart. Orders are sent via MyParcel (PostNL). If it is not possible to deliver your package, the package will be taken to the nearest PostNL collection point where you can pick it up at a time that suits you. If you do not want the package to be delivered to your neighbors in case of absence, you can indicate this in the comments field when processing your order. We will then inform the postal service of this.
Shipping abroad
The shipping costs to addresses outside the Netherlands are at least €14.50 for packages up to 2 kg. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated on the checkout page based on the delivery address you specified.
All our packages are sent with MyParcel (PostNL) with standard Track & Trace.
Cost savings to keep the price affordable by using recycled shipping material.
Cardboard packaging material and filling material is expensive, which is why at Rowasp Modelbouw we use as many second-hand boxes as possible and paper from our paper shredding machine as filling material.
This means that sometimes your order is delivered in shoe boxes, product boxes or supermarket boxes.
This is better for our environment, but mainly saves on shipping costs.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return your product(s).
We will then refund the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the unopened, original condition and packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@rowaspmodelbouw.nl. You will then receive the information from us by email to return the item or items.
Receive return
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return notification is approved, your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive your purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account number used for the order. The refund only concerns the purchase amount and not the shipping costs incurred.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rowaspmodelbouw.nl.
Replacement item in case of defect or damage
If you have received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to info@rowaspmodelbouw.nl. U ontvangt vervolgens van ons, via mail, de gegevens om het defecte of beschadigde artikel op te kunnen sturen. This does not apply to vintage and sold out items and models that can no longer be reordered.
